My late wife was prescribed Lithium for years. I can tell you that everyone responds differently to the same dose, and the results can vary greatly. Also, if you start and decide to stop, and later try to start again, it may not work the second time.

There are a lot of negative side effects, so caution is advised. She had a lot of problems with it and eventually had to stop using it. When it does work, it can work wonders.

How about a liver/kidney/lymph detox, along with candida cleanse?

No pharmaceutical since the '60s (probably a lot earlier) has ever been developed to do anything but address the symptoms of depression, not the actual problem. The side effects are there to keep you coming back for more meds.

There is no money to be made in any cure. A problem properly stated (figured out) is already half solved… look deep inside and honestly conclude what it is that makes you depressed.

About Lithium, This drug is so dangerous, it was banned in the 1940s because so many people died from it, the FDA brought it back in the 1970s. It can kill you with even a very slight overdose. It requires constant monitoring, causes patients to become suicidal and Lithium poisoning occurs frequently.

I've seen a child react to it and that was frightening. There are many natural remedies for depression, especially St. John's Wort, which is highly effective even for moderate depression. Drinking green tea will boost dopamine, alleviating depression as well. I'd try St. John's Wort long before resorting to drugs that can possibly cause you to die.

Lack of sunlight also causes depression. Have you heard of Quell? 100% drug-free & doesn't require any prescription. People I know stop pain medication by using it. I use it as well, with nine injured disks in my back and don't notice them now. Maybe it can help you, too. If so, you could spend time outside more. Here's a link https://www.quellrelief.com/, what do you think?

I took it for some time. It made me sleep continuously. When I was awake, I was very violent. Lithium can destroy your liver and kidneys. In my honest opinion, I would not take the medicine. There are many other things on the market available now.
