I have had terribly itchy legs for as long as I can remember. It occurs during every season and nothing has helped. Things that I’ve tried;
- Gold bond eczema
- Eucerin
- Jojoba oil
- Castor oil
- Various herbal salves
- Shea butter
- Coconut oil
Could this be dietary? How to Get Rid of Itching in Legs During Season Change Naturally?

I have a similar issue. Legs itch like non-stop on certain seasons. I usually grind oatmeal, add some water to it and apply on my legs & leave for 30 to 40 on my skin for soothing. It works great!
I’m glad you found something that works for you!
I have the same problem on my upper arms. I literally scratch till I bleed and look like a meth addict. I would wake up at night because they itched so bad, then they would be bruised from the scratching. It was awful. All I would hear is that it was just severe eczema. I use Palmer’s cocoa butter or their coconut oil lotion. This has helped me so much. I also use body butter now, just started using it, doesn’t seem to be doing any harm.
Have you tried Aveeno? Also, shaving more often with a good moisturizer helped me some. I had it my whole life. But since I’ve been seeing a naturopath, the itch is gone. I’d say it’s definitely diet or nutrition related.
My sisters both had that. They would claw their legs till they bled. Turned out one had staph and the other was allergic to the laundry detergent. I would remove all dairy and gluten for a while and see how that affects your issue
