How to Cure Water Blisters on Foot at Home? Is this a Symptom of Dyshidrotic Eczema?

I apologize for the gross picture, but for some reason, every summer – only one foot gets tons of Water Blisters, and then they pop, and water comes out, and they end up looking like this.

I don’t understand why it only happens to one foot (the same foot ) every summer. Why does this happen, and how can I make it stop? I also get tons of peeling. It also seems like if I have every single symptom of Dyshidrotic Eczema, it’s exactly what’s happening to my foot. I don’t know what to do. Should I try Colloidal Silver?

It is Dyshidrotic eczema, or Dyshidrosis, is a skin condition in which blisters develop on the soles of your feet and/or the palms of your hands. The blisters are usually itchy and may be filled with fluid.

I get this on one foot too, whatever you do, don't scratch it, it makes it flare up something terrible. I have used tea tree oil with some success to dry blisters after an outbreak, and Malcolm Harkers Anti Itch remedy helps soothe itching. I think these remedies are going to work for you:

Get a 1 oz bottle of Mirorcore EPF. Use it topically and internally. Also, get a product called Restore to help heal the gut and reestablish healthy bacterial Flora without probiotics. Pretty sure, Psoriasis and Eczema are autoimmune and gut-related. Avoid all flour products and GMO food.

Aim for at least 30 grams of fiber per day from vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, coconut, and sprouted grains/legumes.

Vitamin A-rich foods – Increase your intake of orange and yellow colored vegetables, which are high in vitamin A, necessary for skin health.

    1. Omega-3 foods with essential fats are critical for wound healing and reduce inflammation.
    2. Probiotic (25-100 billion organisms daily) – A probiotic supplement provides friendly bacteria that help with gut health and immunity.
    3. Lavender essential oil – Applying a mixture of lavender oil and coconut oil is a very effective natural treatment for reducing eczema.
    4. Vitamin E (400 IU) – Promotes wound healing and helps the body better utilize fatty acids.
    5. Vitamin D3 (2000 IU – 5000 IU daily) – It has antimicrobial properties and boosts immunity.

Cellfood Silica 15 drops in water daily took care of my eczema spits in my right foot quick. They come back if you don't keep it up, but Cellfood is an amazing producer. Also, Z Care with zinc is very effective; I use it before I put any medications ON.

Clean with colloidal silver, bandage with medicated manuka honey, get air and sunlight to your feet when possible. Be careful about what footwear you wear. Pat dry thoroughly after a shower. Detox, Vitamin D3, Magnesium, Essiac tea, Graviola.

Mine never got quite to this point, but growing up in Louisiana, I got them in summer. At 14, I became vegan and wore natural fibers and spent less time in the sun and used aloe and foot powder, and they stopped.

I felt like it was mostly my diet, but I also used to wear cheap shoes, and my feet got wet constantly, plus I'd go barefoot a lot in super hot pavement and sand. So, not sure if that helps. Pure aloe Vera not the drug store kind in the tube that's soaking in citric acid.

I recently bought Manuka honey after extensive research when I had a rare staph sore from a spa. It is a miracle worker! Has to be a certain rating or potency.

Eczema makes sense. I have mild rosacea, skin allergies, & get bleeding dermatitis on my hands from almost every soap known to man. After you heal the wounds, definitely pull the acidic toxins out of your diet like coffee, sugar, etc. Try bamboo socks also.

Have you been tested for a zinc deficiency? Acrodermatitis enteropathica can be acquired as an adult, that is what it acts like, also affects hands, armpits, groin, face in extreme cases.

Check your diet, have a doctor run some blood work, and look at your zinc level. It's an easy fix if it is low – take some zinc, you may have to find a kind that works better for you, but it goes away in no time.
