Going deep sea fishing. Suggestions on how to prevent seasickness without medicine? Have used sea bands in conjunction with Dramamine with success before.
Here are few of the things I have tried and tested before and it works:
Peppermint candy or ginger candy really helps with my nausea. I’ve bought these “preggie pop” candy from Walgreens before that worked pretty good, they come in several flavors.
Bring along a few small, dry crackers to eat and go easy on the liquids. It also helps to stay in the center part of the boat as much as possible; it remains more stable.
Try to keep your eyes on the horizon as much as possible. In lieu of that, try to keep your eyes on something unmovable on the vessel.
