    Yes, I do. Here's what you should do – Keep your blood sugar numbers down, and you will not be so thirsty. Check whatever meds you are on for side effects. There are products for dry mouth – lozenges, gum, mouthwash, and toothpaste. I simply carry a refillable water bottle with me at all times. Dry skin is part of the game also, especially on the feet.

      Not on any meds as of yet, but the dry skin is definitely a problem!

    What are your blood sugar readings? High blood sugars can cause extreme thirst.

      I don't feel thirsty but drink a lot because I feel more dehydrated. Levels usually don't go above 200 but drop rapidly to very low. Can't get my Endo to call me, nor can my primary get her on the phone. Had a three-hour test done with an abnormal result. All they said was to eat more protein.
