For me, high blood sugar makes everything worse. Likely because I imagine the blood is like forcing syrup through things that normally have a consistency of water. Now my numbers are great. I have been able to control with diet and weight loss. Unfortunately, I have major pain, tingling, migraines, muscle spasm and more on a daily basis due to fibromyalgia. I often wonder how I would know if I had neuropathy.
