You should take Glutathione, NAC, Vitamin C before and after the scan – Iodine, Cholera, and Cilantro.
Lenore has given excellent advice. I personally would have your doctor make the call as if there was no option for the test. S/He will have to use his best judgment based on his experience with these kinds of issues. Obviously, he already feels it is likely torn, as I don't think he would ask her to take this risk if he did not think so. Gadolinium is a neurotoxin (means kills nerve cells).
